e seeking a dynamic and experienced FICO Decision Automation Lead to join our innovative and fast-paced automotive lending organization. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in decision automation to architect, deploy, and optimize solutions that drive efficient consumer lending decisions. You will play a key role in enhancing the capabilities of our decisioning platform, utilizing FICO tools and other vendor technologies to deliver scalable, flexible, and high-performance solutions. As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll collaborate closely with business leaders, risk, operations, technical teams, and vendors to deliver a world-class decisioning capability that evolves with the business needs and supports future growth.

esponsibilities:· Sol
ution Design & Deployment: Architect and implement durable decision automation solutions using FICO Decision Modeler and other vendor tools. This may include designing interfaces, writing rules, optimizing automated testing, and collaborating with vendors to enhance system capabilities.· Cro
ss-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders in risk and operations, as well as technical teams, to define and execute on solutions that meet business objectives and anticipate future growth.· Cus
tomization & Configuration: Maintain a deep understanding of configurable features and capabilities within the decisioning system, such as business processes, pricing models, policy rules, partner integrations, and system workflows.· Pro
blem Solving & Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, help the team address complex technical challenges, and drive clarity in decision-making across all stakeholders.· Ven
dor and Technical Support: Partner with the vendor team to optimize system performance, enhance integration with AWS, and ensure smooth deployments to production, with an emphasis on efficiency and scalability.· Sup
port & Maintenance: Ensure the ongoing maintenance, testing, and support of deployed solutions, keeping them aligned with evolving business requirements.

cation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).· Exp
erience:o 3-5
+ years of hands-on experience with FICO Decision Modeler.o Exp
erience with related automation tools (e.g., Camunda, TIBCO).o 5+
years of experience in the credit technology space, with a solid understanding of lending decision processes.· Ski
